Social media for personal trainers who want a full client list.

We run social media for personal trainers who are sick of posting into the void. Client results, short useful content and the kind of reels that get you enquiries instead of compliments from other trainers.

Social media for personal trainers — coaching content by Eleven G Media

What social media for personal trainers should look like

Results and personality, in that order. Everything else is noise.

Client transformations

Filmed and lit consistently, with permission handled properly. Nothing else you post sells coaching as directly.

Short, useful content

One fix, thirty seconds, no preamble. Genuinely useful content gets saved and shared, which is what drives reach.

Your own training

People buy the coach as much as the plan. Showing your own work builds the authority the sales page claims.

Myth correction

Calmly explaining why common advice is wrong. Corrections consistently outperform straight tips.

Client stories

The person, not the numbers. A believable story from someone like your ideal client converts far better than a body shot.

Paid ads

Local campaigns for in-person coaching, or broader ones for online programmes, using creative that already works.

Why most personal trainers struggle on social

Fitness is the most crowded category on every platform, so generic content disappears instantly.

The trainers who cut through do one thing differently. They pick a specific person to talk to and then say something only they can say, rather than reposting the same ten tips as everybody else.

They are also consistent, which is the part that quietly beats everyone. Posting properly for six months outperforms a brilliant month followed by silence.

One-to-one PTs

Local reach that fills a diary. Face, gym and results do almost all of the work.

Online coaches

A national or global audience, where content quality decides everything because nobody meets you first.

Gyms and studios

Community, classes and members. A different job to coaching content, and one we handle separately.

Social media for gyms ›

Specialists

Pre and post-natal, over fifties, rehab or strength. Narrow niches grow faster because the content finally sounds specific.

Content we produce

Live client accounts, filmed and edited in-house every week.

Dubai Giant — luxury property

Weekly reels, off-plan walkthroughs and market updates for a luxury Dubai broker. Filmed, edited, captioned and posted by us. Followers up 184.8% in 90 days.

Waterlooville Builders — trade

Weekly job-progress videos filmed on site, edited and captioned, then posted across their channels. We are on their jobs most weeks.

A YouTube channel built from nothing

We built, managed and grew a client YouTube channel to 7,000+ subscribers across 212 videos. Every thumbnail, title and edit was ours.

The Last Heist — feature film

A full feature film produced end to end, script to screen. The same team and the same kit that shoots your day-to-day content.

Making fitness content that gets enquiries

There is a difference between content that impresses other trainers and content that gets a message from somebody who wants to hire you.

The second kind is usually less impressive and far more specific. It names the problem, shows a real person and stops talking.

  • Client permission agreed before any transformation content is filmed
  • Before and after shot in matching light and framing, so it is believable
  • One clear idea per video, rather than five tips crammed together
  • Captions burned in, since most of it is watched on mute
  • Cut for Reels, TikTok and Shorts from one filming session
  • A call to action that asks for a message, not a follow

How it works

  • We have a proper conversation first. What you sell, who buys it, what you have already tried and what it cost you.
  • We agree what gets made each month. How many posts, how many videos, which platforms. In writing, so there is no vagueness later.
  • You film on your phone, or we come and film. Either works. Most clients end up filming themselves after the first month.
  • We edit, write and schedule everything. You approve it, then we post it.
  • You get the numbers every month. Reach, views and enquiries, rather than a vanity report full of charts.

Questions we get asked

I already post every day and get nothing. What would change?

Usually the format rather than the frequency. Most trainers post general tips that anyone could post, so we find the thing only you can say and build a repeatable format around it.

Do I need to show client transformations?

They help enormously, but no. Plenty of trainers grow on teaching content alone, particularly in specialist niches where good information is scarce.

Can you film in my gym?

Usually, provided the gym allows filming. Many chains have rules about it, so we check first and work around them.

Does this work for online coaching as well as in-person?

Yes, although the content differs. Online coaching needs reach beyond your town, so we lean harder on search-friendly topics and short-form.

How much does it cost?

Social media plans start at £799 a month, and websites start at £999. Ads are priced on spend. However, we quote after a conversation rather than off a menu, because a sole trader and a ten-person firm need very different things.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No. Retainers run month to month. If it is not working, you tell us and it stops.

How quickly will I see anything?

Content goes live in the first fortnight. Social growth usually shows within weeks. Search rankings take months, though, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.

Want enquiries instead of compliments?

Tell us who you coach and what you want more of. We will tell you what your format should be.
