Google Ads management for people who want the phone to ring.

Google Ads management is the fastest route to enquiries there is, because you are only paying for people already searching for what you sell. Done badly it is also the fastest way to waste a budget. Here is how we do it.

What our Google Ads management includes

Built properly once, then adjusted weekly. Not set up and abandoned.

Keyword research that matters

The searches with buying intent, not the ones with volume. Half the job is deciding what not to bid on.

Negative keywords

The single biggest saving in most accounts we inherit. Jobs, free, DIY, cheap and a hundred others quietly draining the budget.

Ad copy per group

Tight groups where the ad matches the search word for word. Quality score goes up and cost per click comes down.

Landing pages built to match

A page about the thing they searched for, not your homepage. This is usually where the money is won or lost.

Website Design ›

Conversion tracking

Calls, forms and clicks tracked properly, so we optimise against enquiries rather than clicks.

Local campaigns

Radius targeting, location extensions and call extensions for businesses that only serve one area.

Where most Google Ads budgets disappear

We have taken over a lot of accounts, and the wasted spend is almost always in the same three places.

Broad match with no negatives, so half the clicks are people who were never going to buy. A single ad group covering thirty unrelated searches, so the ad never quite matches what anyone typed. And every click landing on a homepage that makes the visitor go looking for the thing they already told Google they wanted.

None of that is exotic. It is just the difference between an account someone set up once and an account someone actually runs.

Trades and home services

Emergency and job-specific searches convert hard. Tight radius, call extensions and a page per service.

Social Media For Builders ›

Clinics and professional services

Higher value per enquiry, so a higher cost per click still works. Intent is everything here.

Local retail and hospitality

Often better served by Maps and local campaigns than by classic search. We will tell you if that is you.

Ecommerce

Shopping and Performance Max, with product feed hygiene doing most of the heavy lifting.

Work we can actually show you

Live client accounts, filmed and edited in-house every week. No stock logos and no borrowed case studies.

Waterlooville Builders — trade

Weekly job-progress videos filmed on site, edited and captioned, then posted across their channels. We are on their jobs most weeks.

A YouTube channel built from nothing

We built, managed and grew a client YouTube channel to 7,000+ subscribers across 212 videos. Every thumbnail, title and edit was ours.

The Last Heist — feature film

A full feature film produced end to end, script to screen. The same team and the same kit that shoots your day-to-day content.

Google Ads and Facebook ads do different jobs

People ask which one to pick, and the honest answer is that they are not really competing.

Google catches demand that already exists. Somebody has a problem, they search, you appear. Facebook creates demand from people who were not looking. If you sell something people actively search for, start with Google. If you sell something people do not know they want yet, start with Meta.

  • Search campaigns built around buying intent, not brand awareness
  • A landing page per service, matching the words in the ad
  • Negative keyword lists reviewed every week, not once at setup
  • Call tracking so you know which searches produced a phone call
  • Budgets capped per campaign so nothing runs away overnight
  • A monthly report showing spend, enquiries and cost per enquiry

What you get with google ads management each month

Written down before we start, so there is never a conversation about what was supposed to happen.

An agreed volume

A set number of posts and videos every month, listed in writing. Not a vague promise to keep the account active.

Everything edited in-house

Filming, editing, captions, thumbnails and scheduling all done by the same team, so nothing gets outsourced to somebody you never speak to.

Approval before anything posts

You see the month ahead and sign it off. Nothing goes out that you have not read.

A monthly number

Reach, views and enquiries. If it is not working we say so, rather than reformatting the chart until it looks better.

Plans for google ads management start at £799 a month and go up depending on how much gets made and how many platforms you want covered. Websites start at £999, and paid advertising is priced on spend. We quote after a proper conversation rather than off a menu, because a sole trader and a ten-person firm genuinely need different things.

Everything runs month to month. There is no minimum term on google ads management, no setup fee and no notice period buried in a clause. If it stops being worth the money you tell us and it stops, which is a large part of why our clients stay.

How it works

  • We have a proper conversation first. What you sell, who buys it, what you have already tried and what it cost you.
  • We agree what gets made each month. How many posts, how many videos, which platforms. In writing, so there is no vagueness later.
  • You film on your phone, or we come and film. Either works. Most clients end up filming themselves after the first month.
  • We edit, write and schedule everything. You approve it, then we post it.
  • You get the numbers every month. Reach, views and enquiries, rather than a vanity report full of charts.

Questions we get asked

What is a realistic Google Ads budget?

It depends entirely on your industry, because a click costs a few pence in some and twenty pounds in others. For most local service businesses a few hundred pounds a month is enough to learn whether it works, and we will tell you before you spend it if we think it will not.

How long before Google Ads works?

Faster than SEO by a long way. You can be getting clicks the day it goes live, and a fair read on cost per enquiry within three to four weeks once there is enough data to judge.

Should I do Google Ads or SEO?

Both eventually, but ads first if you need enquiries now. Search rankings take months to build. Ads buy you the same position immediately, and the data they produce tells you which pages are worth building for the long term.

Do you run the ads on my account or yours?

Yours. You own the account, the data and the history. If we ever stop working together, none of it walks out of the door with us.

How much does it cost?

Social media plans start at £799 a month, and websites start at £999. Ads are priced on spend. However, we quote after a conversation rather than off a menu, because a sole trader and a ten-person firm need very different things.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No. Retainers run month to month. If it is not working, you tell us and it stops.

How quickly will I see anything?

Content goes live in the first fortnight. Social growth usually shows within weeks. Search rankings take months, though, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.
