Social media for dentists that fills the diary, not just the feed.

We run social media for dentists who want new patients rather than a tidy grid. Treatment content, before and after results, and reels that explain the thing every patient is quietly worried about.

Social media for dentists — dental practice content by Eleven G Media

What social media for dentists should look like

Trust first, treatment second, price last.

Before and after results

Filmed and lit consistently, with the consent process handled properly. Nothing sells dentistry like a genuine result.

Meet the team

Patients choose a person, not a practice. Short introductions do more for nervous patients than any offer.

Treatment explainers

Implants, aligners, veneers and hygiene, explained in sixty seconds without jargon. These answer the questions people are too embarrassed to ask.

Nervous patient content

A huge share of your local market is avoiding the dentist entirely. Content aimed at them converts better than any discount.

Google and reviews

We keep your Google Business Profile fed with photos and posts, because that listing often outsells the website.

Paid ads

Meta and Google campaigns for high-value treatments, using the same creative that already performs organically.

Why social media for dentists works so well

Dentistry is a high-trust, high-value purchase that people put off for years. Therefore the deciding factor is rarely price, and almost always confidence.

Video solves that in a way a website cannot. Seeing the room, the chair and the person who will be treating them removes most of the fear before anyone picks up the phone.

Additionally, treatments like implants and aligners carry enough value that a single new patient can cover months of content.

General practices

Hygiene, check-ups and family patients. Steady, local, recurring work built on familiarity.

Cosmetic and implant clinics

High-value cases where before and after content does most of the selling for you.

Orthodontics and aligners

A long treatment journey is a ready-made content series. Progress videos hold attention for months.

Multi-site groups

One brand look across every practice, with location-specific content underneath it.

How we work with clients

We are not a dental-only agency, and we would rather show you real work than claim otherwise.

The Last Heist — feature film

A full feature film produced end to end, script to screen. The same team and the same kit that shoots your day-to-day content.

Getting dental content right

Dental social media goes wrong in predictable ways. Usually it is either a wall of stock photos or a stream of price offers, and neither builds any trust.

The practices that win locally look like a place you would happily walk into. That is a filming and editing problem far more than it is a marketing one.

  • Patient consent handled properly before anything is filmed or posted
  • Consistent lighting and framing, so results are comparable rather than flattering
  • Claims kept careful and compliant, with no promises about outcomes
  • Faces of the actual team, rather than stock images of models
  • Captions on everything, since most of it is watched on mute
  • One filming session a month, rather than constant interruptions to your list

How it works

  • We have a proper conversation first. What you sell, who buys it, what you have already tried and what it cost you.
  • We agree what gets made each month. How many posts, how many videos, which platforms. In writing, so there is no vagueness later.
  • You film on your phone, or we come and film. Either works. Most clients end up filming themselves after the first month.
  • We edit, write and schedule everything. You approve it, then we post it.
  • You get the numbers every month. Reach, views and enquiries, rather than a vanity report full of charts.

Questions we get asked

Is social media actually worth it for a dental practice?

Yes, particularly for high-value treatments. One implant or aligner case can be worth more than a year of the retainer, so the maths works quickly.

How do you handle patient consent?

Nothing is filmed or published without written consent from the patient. We work to whatever consent process your practice already uses.

Do the dentists have to be on camera?

It helps a great deal, because patients choose a person. That said, plenty of strong content is treatment footage, the practice itself and results, with no talking head at all.

How often would you film?

Usually one session a month, which produces four to six weeks of content. We work around your list rather than interrupting it.

How much does it cost?

Social media plans start at £799 a month, and websites start at £999. Ads are priced on spend. However, we quote after a conversation rather than off a menu, because a sole trader and a ten-person firm need very different things.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No. Retainers run month to month. If it is not working, you tell us and it stops.

How quickly will I see anything?

Content goes live in the first fortnight. Social growth usually shows within weeks. Search rankings take months, though, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.

Want a fuller diary?

Tell us which treatments you want more of. We will tell you what we would film first and what it would cost.
