Short-form, made weekly

A TikTok management agency that films the videos as well.

As a TikTok management agency we handle the awkward part: getting good short-form made every single week. We film it, cut it, caption it and post it, then cross-post the same videos to Reels and Shorts.

What a TikTok management agency should actually do

Posting is the last five per cent. Everything before it is the job.

Format and hooks

We work out one repeatable format built on something only you can do, then write hooks for it. A format beats a trend list.

Filming

On your site, in your premises or on your phone with our direction. Vertical, eye level and lit properly.

Editing and captions

Fast cuts, word-by-word burned-in captions and sound that survives being watched on mute.

Posting and trends

Consistent posting, sensible sounds and no chasing every trend that appears. Consistency outperforms novelty.

Cross-posting

Every TikTok is also a Reel and a Short. One shoot, three platforms, no extra work for you.

Video clipping ›

Reporting

Views, watch time, follows and enquiries each month, plus what we are changing as a result.

Who we run TikTok for

TikTok is no longer a teenagers-only platform, and pretending otherwise has cost a lot of businesses two years of free reach.

It rewards personality and process. Consequently trades, property, food, fitness and anything with a visible transformation do particularly well on it.

Trades and construction

Process content performs enormously well here. A wall going up is genuinely watchable.

Social media for builders ›

Gyms and trainers

Short, useful and repeatable. Fitness is one of the strongest categories on the platform.

Social media for personal trainers ›

Food and hospitality

Close-up, well-lit food travels further on TikTok than on any other platform.

Social media for restaurants ›

Property

Walkthroughs, price reveals and market takes. We do this weekly for a luxury broker in Dubai.

We built, managed and grew a client YouTube channel to 7,000+ subscribers across 212 videos. Every thumbnail, title and edit was ours.

The Last Heist — feature film

A full feature film produced end to end, script to screen. The same team and the same kit that shoots your day-to-day content.

Why most business TikTok accounts go nowhere

The usual pattern is a burst of eight videos, then silence, then a conclusion that the platform does not work.

In reality the account never got past the hardest part, which is making something worth watching on a repeatable schedule. Furthermore, the videos were usually adverts wearing a filter.

  • One format, repeated, instead of a new idea every week
  • A hook in the first second, since that is where the audience is lost
  • Burned-in captions on every video without exception
  • Filmed vertically at eye level, not landscape on a desk
  • Posted consistently rather than in bursts
  • Cut to length, then stopped on the last word with no sign-off

How we run a TikTok account

  • We have a proper conversation first. What you sell, who buys it, what you have already tried and what it cost you.
  • We agree what gets made each month. How many posts, how many videos, which platforms. In writing, so there is no vagueness later.
  • You film on your phone, or we come and film. Either works. Most clients end up filming themselves after the first month.
  • We edit, write and schedule everything. You approve it, then we post it.
  • You get the numbers every month. Reach, views and enquiries, rather than a vanity report full of charts.

Questions we get asked

Is TikTok worth it for a local business?

Often yes, because organic reach there is still far cheaper than paid reach anywhere else. Local service businesses regularly get more views on TikTok than on any other platform they run.

Do you film the videos or do I?

Either. We film on site for most clients, although many of them start filming themselves once the format is set and they can see it working.

Do I need to dance or chase trends?

No. Our clients get results from process, expertise and before-and-after content. Trends are optional, whereas consistency is not.

Will the videos work on Instagram too?

Yes. Every video is cut so it works as a TikTok, a Reel and a YouTube Short without changes, which triples the reach from one shoot.

How much does it cost?

Social media plans start at £799 a month, and websites start at £999. Ads are priced on spend. However, we quote after a conversation rather than off a menu, because a sole trader and a ten-person firm need very different things.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No. Retainers run month to month. If it is not working, you tell us and it stops.

How quickly will I see anything?

Content goes live in the first fortnight. Social growth usually shows within weeks. Search rankings take months, though, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.
