Facebook ads management from the people making the ad itself.

Most agencies doing Facebook ads management hand you a targeting spreadsheet and ask you to supply the video. We make the video. Targeting is half the job and the creative is the other half, and we do both.

What our Facebook ads management actually covers

Fewer moving parts than most agencies sell you, and all of them ours.

Creative made in-house

We film and edit the ad rather than reslicing a photo you already had. Fresh creative is the single biggest lever on cost per lead.

Campaign build

Objectives, audiences, placements and budgets set up properly from the start, so the data means something after two weeks.

Testing that ends

Three to five angles at a time, judged on cost per result, then we kill the losers instead of letting them quietly spend.

Landing pages

Sending paid traffic to a slow homepage wastes half the budget. We build the page the ad points at.

Website Design ›

Retargeting

The people who watched, clicked or visited and did nothing. Cheapest audience you own and the one most businesses ignore.

Reporting you can read

Spend, leads and cost per lead. Not impressions, not reach, not a forty-slide deck nobody opens.

Why most Facebook ad accounts stop working

Almost every account we take over has the same problem, and it is never the targeting.

The ad wore out. Meta shows a good ad to the cheapest, most likely buyers first, and once that pool is exhausted the cost per result climbs. Nothing is broken. The creative simply ran out of new people to reach.

The fix is a supply of new creative rather than another round of audience tinkering, and that is exactly the thing an agency without a camera cannot give you.

Local service businesses

Trades, salons, gyms and clinics. Tight radius, phone-shot creative and a simple offer beat a clever funnel every time.

Ecommerce and product

UGC-style ads at volume, because product ads wear out faster than anything else on the platform.

Property and high ticket

Longer consideration, so video does the selling and retargeting closes it. We do this daily for a luxury broker.

Businesses restarting ads

Burned once, understandably nervous. We start small, prove a cost per lead, then scale it.

Work we can actually show you

Live client accounts, filmed and edited in-house every week. No stock logos and no borrowed case studies.

Dubai Giant — luxury property

Weekly reels, off-plan walkthroughs and market updates for a luxury Dubai broker. Filmed, edited, captioned and posted by us. Followers up 184.8% in 90 days.

Waterlooville Builders — trade

Weekly job-progress videos filmed on site, edited and captioned, then posted across their channels. We are on their jobs most weeks.

A YouTube channel built from nothing

We built, managed and grew a client YouTube channel to 7,000+ subscribers across 212 videos. Every thumbnail, title and edit was ours.

The Last Heist — feature film

A full feature film produced end to end, script to screen. The same team and the same kit that shoots your day-to-day content.

What makes a Facebook ad work in 2026

The platform has got better at finding buyers and worse at forgiving a boring ad. Targeting matters less every year. Creative matters more.

That shifts the job. The work is now producing enough genuinely different angles that one of them lands, then spending behind that one hard.

  • The first second shows the product or the problem, never a logo
  • Shot vertically for feed and stories, not cropped from a landscape edit
  • Captions burned in, because most of it is watched on mute
  • One offer per ad, stated plainly, with no clever wordplay
  • A new batch of creative every month before the old batch fatigues
  • Pixel and conversions API both firing, so the data survives iOS

What you get with facebook ads management each month

Written down before we start, so there is never a conversation about what was supposed to happen.

An agreed volume

A set number of posts and videos every month, listed in writing. Not a vague promise to keep the account active.

Everything edited in-house

Filming, editing, captions, thumbnails and scheduling all done by the same team, so nothing gets outsourced to somebody you never speak to.

Approval before anything posts

You see the month ahead and sign it off. Nothing goes out that you have not read.

A monthly number

Reach, views and enquiries. If it is not working we say so, rather than reformatting the chart until it looks better.

Plans for facebook ads management start at £799 a month and go up depending on how much gets made and how many platforms you want covered. Websites start at £999, and paid advertising is priced on spend. We quote after a proper conversation rather than off a menu, because a sole trader and a ten-person firm genuinely need different things.

Everything runs month to month. There is no minimum term on facebook ads management, no setup fee and no notice period buried in a clause. If it stops being worth the money you tell us and it stops, which is a large part of why our clients stay.

How it works

  • We have a proper conversation first. What you sell, who buys it, what you have already tried and what it cost you.
  • We agree what gets made each month. How many posts, how many videos, which platforms. In writing, so there is no vagueness later.
  • You film on your phone, or we come and film. Either works. Most clients end up filming themselves after the first month.
  • We edit, write and schedule everything. You approve it, then we post it.
  • You get the numbers every month. Reach, views and enquiries, rather than a vanity report full of charts.

Questions we get asked

How much should I spend on Facebook ads?

Enough for the platform to learn, which in practice means a few hundred pounds a month minimum for a local service business. Below that you never gather enough data to know what is working, and you end up paying for an experiment that cannot finish.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a flat monthly fee for managing the account and making the creative, so our incentive is not to talk you into spending more than you need to.

Do I need new video, or can you use what I have?

We can start with what you have, and often do. But the accounts that keep working are the ones fed new creative every month, which is why we film rather than just manage.

Can you run Instagram ads as well?

Yes. Instagram and Facebook both sit inside Meta Ads Manager, so the same campaign covers both. We also handle organic Instagram if you want the two working together.

How much does it cost?

Social media plans start at £799 a month, and websites start at £999. Ads are priced on spend. However, we quote after a conversation rather than off a menu, because a sole trader and a ten-person firm need very different things.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No. Retainers run month to month. If it is not working, you tell us and it stops.

How quickly will I see anything?

Content goes live in the first fortnight. Social growth usually shows within weeks. Search rankings take months, though, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.
